About Me

 I am Rebecca Flora, a State Medical Board of Ohio, Licensed Massage Therapist, grauating from Dayton School of Medical Massage, Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher & Licensed Spiritual Advisor, Owner/operator of Heal the Inner You. 

With the belief that healing begins from within, I tailor all of my classes, Reiki & Life coaching to fit the situation at hand. 

I have spent 40+ years of my life trying to find some sort of peace.  I am still a work in progress but there are techniques I have learned in the last 13 years, that are helping me understand that finding peace & contentment happens with healing.  I  am living life one moment at a time letting healing happen as it needs.  My life has changed tremendously, however, there are still flaws which will always be there, those flaws help me to realize how human I am and how it is ok to be me. I will never be perfect, however, I can be the Perfect Me <3 Just as I found that to be true, you too can find that for yourself.
